World's Largest Food Truck Festival Ever!

This weekend I (and some friends) had the pleasure of partaking in some fine cuisine at the FL State Fairgrounds. Cupcake, BBQ, Hawaiian, taco, beer, and funnel cake trucks lined the main grounds. By the end of the final day (weekend event), most of the trucks had sold out of their goods. If you want to eat what you discover, bring cash. Most food trucks are behind on the whole debit card system. If you want to try out more of the trucks, there's a good chance you'll find 2-3 in downtown Tampa by Gaslight Park.
