The grandparents are heading south for Florida, and their home in Connecticut has never felt less like one. This is a lesson in materialism: although their stuff was still there, their minds and hearts weren't. They had moved onto Florida before they had moved out, and their house reflected that. No matter what items were still residing in the building, it lost the feeling it had maintained for 50+ years. If there were ever a time to say "home is where the heart is," this would certainly be it. We're all looking forward to having them in the Sunshine State, they're the kind of people everyone wants to be around.
